What We Offer Volunteers
Training
We offer both in-house and external training for each of our volunteer roles. Volunteering with us could help you develop all sorts of skills, for example:
- Computer skills
- Administration and office management
- Handling cash
- Money management
- Customer service, in person and on the phone
You could even gain experience in training others.
As members of ABCUL - The Association of British Credit Unions - we can also access training courses for relevant skills, some of which are accredited by organisations like the Financial Services Institute.
Expenses
You can claim back any expenses you incur - eg. travel or parking expenses - while volunteering with us.
