CHEQUE & CASH WITHDRAWALS
Due to the significant increase in the volume of transactions we conduct , from 1st January 2012 there will be a change to the way we deal with transactions for you. Cash withdrawals from collection points will be restricted to a maximum of £100 per day. Members who wish to withdraw more than £100 will be able to either request a withdrawal by BACS transfer into their bank account or to request a cheque which will be dispatched to them seperately. Please could you give us 2 days' notice of withdrawals over £100. If you request a regular withdrawal(s) on a weekly or monthly basis then we can set this up in advance.
For those who regularly need to withdraw funds, or do not have access to a bank account, our current account offers a card which allows you to withdraw up to £250 per day. There is a monthly charge of £5 for this service but no other additional transaction charges. You can also set up standing orders and direct debits using this account. Application forms are available from our service points at Truro, Penzance and St Austell or can be downloaded from this website.
We apologise for any invonvenience that this may cause however we feel this offers a more secure and efficient environment for both our members and volunteers.
